A fractional hire, priced by the hour

From £15/hour

A dedicated, fully integrated team member on a fractional basis. They work the hours you need each month, starting at a minimum of 20 hours, charged at an agreed hourly rate. Rates start from £15 and scale with the skillset and seniority you need.

Your hourly rate covers everything: finding, vetting, employing, onboarding, and full HR, payroll, and compliance. No setup fees.

A full-time hire, priced to the role

40% less than a UK hire

A full-time salary, tailored to the role and skillset you need. Because every hire is different, we quote per role with your budget in mind. The result is a more sustainable cost than UK hiring, typically around 40% less once salary, NI, pension, and overheads are all counted.
